Verizon Voicemail Upgrade

Approximately 5yrs ago, both of my parents where diagnosed with cancer. When doctors informed my family of how much longer my mom and dad would possibly be with me, I began immediately saving their voice message on my home an cell phone. For 2Yrs I would carefully I would re-save all of their messages.

Then one day my carrier informed me that my voice mailbox was being upgraded and any saved messages would be deleted. I totally panicked, because all I saw was never hearing my mother's voice again.
